Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. By using our website www.littlehugs.co.nz and/or placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use our website. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at email@example.com
- All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, changes will not affect orders which we have already been processed.
- Little Hugs Baby Boutique is GST registered and GST is stated on our website.
Bank Transfer Payment:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
Credit Card Payment:
- We accept payment by credit card and PayPal.
- eWAY – Pay securely using your Visa or Mastercard credit card via the eWAY payment gateway system. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Little Hugs Baby Boutique does not store or transfer any of your credit card details. All data is processed using eWAY’s secure payment gateway.
- PayPal – All payments are processed via PayPal’s secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security. By using this system it means we do not record or store any of your credit card details. For more information about the credit card payment process via PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com/nz
Pay by Layby:
Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments. Interest Free.
Purchasing with Laybuy is simple:
- Simply select ‘Laybuy’ as your payment method at checkout.
- New customers can sign up at checkout and start using Laybuy today.
- Returning customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.
- Your order is processed immediately and your payment schedule is established.
- Only a sixth is due today and the rest is split over 5 weekly automatic payments on the day of the original purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order containing a pre-order item and have paid by Laybuy your order will not be sent until all pre-ordered items have arrived in store.
Laybuy is only available to New Zealand customers.
Laybuy is a service independent to Little Hugs Baby Boutique, therefore your payment obligations are with Laybuy and the account you establish with them. If you have any questions regarding your future payments or your account please contact LAYBUY directly as we are unable to assist.
If you fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees may be incurred for each payment that is late.
Returns & Exchanges:
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange either an exchange or store credit note (excluding shipping costs).
- We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed condition, with all packaging and tags attached) and with a copy of your invoice.
- Exchanges and credit notes can only be given to the person who bought the item.
- The cost of the return delivery is the responsibility of the buyer and not Little Hugs Baby Boutique.
- We recommend that you send your return parcel by track and trace post. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost. Please also include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new product to be returned in.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- If the returned items have been used, or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway, your return will not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- All items are thoroughly checked before being sent. If by any chance you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.
- If possible please take a photo of the fault.
- All items returned as faulty will be inspected first and any items that appear to have been used by the customer or damaged will not be accepted as faulty.
- We will arrange for the faulty item to be picked up from your address and once we have the item back we will send out a replacement or issue you with your credit note or refund.
